WalsuGold (and worker Begij) Questionable Actions

Scammer profile: @WalsuGold @Begij (Walsu is site owner, Begij was the livechat agent at the time of the incident)
Amount Scammed: 3B 07 Gold (unfortunately, cannot be proven)
How they scammed: @Noxima92 was renting from their website and was kicked off the account (twice).

On April 25th, Noxima was renting from Walsu gold and was kicked off of the account with 3B on the account. Noxima has been a long time customer of Walsugold (over 1 year, with hundreds of account rentals completed with them) and thus was not vidding as he was not expecting this to happen. When he went to ask what was going on, he notices he was banned from the livechat and banned from their discord, thus unable to contact anyone else but me (thus I am making a report on his behalf).

When I asked Begij what the reason for him being kicked off the account and banned from livechat he replied with:

Here I'd like to point out a few things.
A. He had never bad mouthed Begij at the time of him being kick/banned
B. He said he had Walsu's permission
C. Begij claims Noxima had talked to Walsu and 'all good' when Walsu was not even online at the time.

From here on out, things get even more hectic....

I asked @Naughty for assistance with the chat log (provided the IP that Noxima was banned on) and there were NO CHAT LOGS AT ALL from that day (only old chat logs from previous usage, and no bad mouthing either). That raises some red flags. How can he be banned from livechat for 'bad mouthing' if there were no chat logs? (proof customer was banned, the IP he was on that I asked him to check, and the timestamp). I highly suspected that Begij, the worker on at the time has deleted chat logs. When I asked Naughty if Walsu gave permission to ban this user when he returned to the site, Naughty said Walsu was already asleep and that no such instructions was ever given. (Referencing point 'C' I mentioned above)

Fast forward 8 hours.
Walsu gets on, he tells Noxima that there were 'No proof that the password was changed' and that there was 'No proof you had 3b on the account because you didnt video record'. When asked about why he was banned from livechat Walsu replied that he was confused with another customer because he didnt put in a name when using their site (thus showing up as 'visitor12345'). But that does not make sense either. As I said before, there were No chat logs at all from that day for Noxima's IP that showed him "bad mouthing", so how can you confuse Noxima with someone else when he hasn't even typed in livechat, unless someone deleted chat logs trying to cover something up. (Noxima also claims that walsu threatened him that if he made a report on Sythe, that mods will just delete it because no proof and walsu would never do business with him again, although said message has been deleted, so I can't back that statement up with proof)

Even disregarding the 3b that was lost (because of not video recording) there are still VERY questionable business practices going on here.
1. Deleting Chat logs between customer and the site.
2. Workers having access to deleting chat logs
3. Banning visitor from a site (and discord) without valid reason/warning
4. Saying that it is the customer's responsibility to have proof of their wrongdoings, but how can you provide 'proof' that a password was changed when the password reset email is theirs, and you LITERALLY cannot record typing in the password (since the password appears as **** on log in screen)

Fast forward to today, April 29th:
Noxima once again rents from Walsu gold (this time however, he was staking much smaller amounts, so he thought he wouldn't be targetted with the previous ordeal), and was once again kicked off the account. The reason he said they provided this time was that he was kicked off of the account because he "rented it through discord instead of the livechat". He claims (Noxima) he has video recording of this incident this time around.


Mods, please look into this situation. You and I know that this is not the first time Walsu has had a report against them. I trust Noxima's words quite heavily as he has been an active renter of Walsu's accounts for over a year, and a customer of mine for just as long. This is not a squabble of a random individual who lost his bank staking and is making a scene. This is someone who's been a loyal customer for so long, both on big win streaks and big loss streaks with no issues until now.


Somewhat relevant, but not really my place to make a report thread:
@Viking has just recently had an account he paid 800M+ to walsu recovered. (Walsu could be renting out accounts that are not his, and perhaps the original owners are taking advantage of this)

A. I have told to all my livechat agents this same if visitor is breaked Terms of services or "bad mounthing" aka acusing us scammers in this case guide is towards visitor to me on Discord where we can sort out situation.
B. Answer A answers towards this question why he had permission take chat away from him.
C.We talked with Noxima with hours, and ive told begij "i will be working on situation"


Then we get to where you asked naughty our chat logs this "accusation" happened on friday 25.4.2019 for me it looks there is 4 chat.

Excuse me but where i was confused ? user dont need name on website i haven't said that i asked did he use indigo view or IP changer so i could locate more chats, but Noxima told that was not case. And what comes threathing

Where is your proof that he broke your ToS or 'did something bad'

Even in your own screenshot that you linked all he said was 'Hey is ___ account open?, okay heres the link ________"

 

The 'screenshot' you posted of him 'bad mouthing' was AFTER you already BANNED and KICKED him from your livechat, discord, and the Account he was renting for NO REASON.

Who would be 'happy' after you've done something like that to them after they've been a loyal customer for MONTHS if not over a YEAR.

 

In case you're confused: April 25th = Thursday
"Last Friday" on your discord picture = April 26th

 

yeah Noxima has rented from us 111 times atlest and for 111 times he asked that same question is that specific account open.

I have not blocked anyone from discord neverever. and that was just there to answer you threathing accusation.

 

But @Begij did kick him from your livechat. and he did ban him from your discord. And he did Kick him off the account when he was staking.

So what was the reason? do you have proof that he broke ToS or was 'bad mouthing' or calling you a 'scammer' before you kicked him off the account?

 

and saying "if you dont work with me and make a sythe report, I will just contact a mod and have it removed" DEFINITELY sounds like a bit of a threat....

 

for my option its time saving for our mods if he cannot show any proof of his doings. its legit just words.

 

I +1 with O7RS3, I have also been kicked off accounts whilst using walsu's rental service accumulating losses of over 250m. If you have video recording (which usually users do not as why would someone get kicked off an account in the first place) they will refund you (the 3rd and 4th time it happened) but if you don't have recording you get straight ignored and banned on both their website, from discord and from PM. Obviously since you cant report if you have video evidence since they do refund you. But if you dont have video evidence, you cant report nor can u get your money back. Pretty smart scam TBH

 

I have video evidence of the second time I was kicked off account and let back on when I showed proof. I am traveling right now and it is on my desktop computer. When I get home in a few days I can show anyone that.

by the way the one screen shot you have of me bad mouthing was already after talking to you and your workers for 8 hours and not getting anywhere. Of course I was a little irritated and by that point am going to start bad mouthing. I personally believe I was very professional until then. Never once did I bad mouth any of your guys, or have I ever. Someone connected with you had stolen 3b gp from me of course I was pretty irritated after 8 hours of you basically ignoring me or giving me 1 word responses..

I've gone through archives to find all the reports:

1.) WalsuGold [Resolved]
It was indeed an unsafe account, however the chargeback for bonds took place after Walsu had purchased the account, the user was refunded in full.

A report made with no evidence. The user making this report also happens to be a serial ban evader: canadaaaa

3.) (removed)
No evidence again. The user making this report is a scammer:

4.) scammmers kicked off max main
Guest report, despite Wortel asking him to post from his home IP he didn't. Could be any ban evader/scammer(made on a proxy). Not sure what agreement they came to but the amount in question was 8m.

5.) [resolved] This was indeed resolved with 12m because that's all the victim lost (lost 1h 30 minutes of their 2h rental).

6.) WalusGold scamming ,
No evidence again. The user making the report is a serial ban evader and scammer:

7.) [RESOLVED]
No evidence. Guest report, this time the user was posting from his home IP on the guest account. User making the report is: ZeraPlayz & i test u Scammer & Ban evader.

Common theme here and a dangerous precedent to set if there's no actual evidence

 

lets be honest, the people that rent from walsu are not the 'best people'. the fact that they are guest reports/scammers/ban evaders should not discredit their reports.

Regardless, even on this current situation, walsu cannot provide reason as to why his worker kicked @Noxima92 off of the rental accounts.


He is currently away on vacation and will be back to provide video evidence when hes back in a week or so.

in the meantime @Sanlateo Zoranoa if you can post your conversations with Walsu as evidence it would be appreciated.

 

Since I was tagged here I believe I can reply with this:

Yes an account I bought from Walsu was recovered. He accounted for his mistake in telling me it was secure, and refunded me the cost of the account AND whatever I said was on the account at the time of recovery. He did all of this without me making a report, showing that he has a strong character and is not on the website to scam other members.
