AC services emptied my account and got me 1-4 def. wtf man

I am so mad right now. Paid this guy 50m to empty out my account and ruin a maxed account.

You are responsible for your workers and it seems you were willing to resolve this on Discord. Kindly respond here.

 

He said he will work with me on this matter but has been laggy for past hour. hes on the way home atm. Will update if resolved or not.

 

I am working on trying to conclude the issue the worker unblocked me and im going to try to get some answers. But seems unlikely I am going to repay this customer once we figure out a price that's fair

It is your job to ask customers to remove excess wealth before services: Important Rules Regarding Skill Training and Refunds. It is also your duty to vet your workers and not let them on accounts with this much wealth, did you take a deposit from the worker to cover yourself? You can't just use that as an excuse to avoid repercussions.

I do ask for deposits as well. The customer is asking for more than what was claimed to be on the account. Not sure what the that needs covered. As I've been told two different numbers and he wants hundreds of dollars compared to the 150m he claimed was on the account

i have proof of the wealth on his account, but he wont accept the offer to cover the shown wealth

 

Imgur @Gladiator Please look at this. This guy is claiming that i am lying??? Why would i trian my def to 4. I bought the account off of @Cherub He can vouche that the account had no def plus firecape. He is only trying to pay me 50m for the "services" in which costed me my firecape, my mage arena 2 capes that i got off of @WantaCookie . I even have the convo where he said his worker had claimed that I had 119m wealth and now hes saying Im lying because there's no proof? I asked him to repay me $200 and we call it even and ill rebuild as well as get services and rebuild a new account or possibly buy. That seems pretty damn fair for a maxed 50 attack 99 str 99 range account with firecape. Ive been telling him $200 and we call it even. He keeps lagging and prolonging the situation. Telling tons of excuses and comes up with reasons to not pay me or even fix this problem.

Keep in mind this all happened in 4 days. I bought the account off @Cherub on thursday, got the mage cape from @WantaCookie on saturday and gave my account to @AC Services on Saturday night rolling over to sunday morning (which is when my account was cleaned and def had been trained).

Ive given him the option to pay me $200 so that i can reget a firecape and to cover the amount of wealth i had left on the account thinking it would be safe. It was well over 150m. 119m+50m for his "services". All i want at this point is to get my money back and be able to pay for a new 1 prayer firecape. This is not a large amount to ask for as it dopes seem fair. I bought the account off of @Cherub for 425m and had to sell it back for 150m as i did not want the 4 def that his "worker" trained. All i want is $200 and we can put this all behind us. Thats not too much to ask for right @Gladiator ? pretty damn reasonable and if anything im doing him a big favor.

and there is only 50m coins, and i'm offering to do firecapes/ma2 capes free with MY supplies.

 

As for your question @Gladiator , no we have not gotten this even close to getting resolved. The dude keeps finding reasons to flip this on me. I'm just about ready to take the L as this whole conversation with him for the past 2 days has lead no where. Except, it is now my fault. I'm ready to really take this L if he declines $200. And I would like to have him removed from this community for the safety and sake of other players.

@AC Services That 50M was for your services. as it was in coins. The items i had in supplies for pking was in another tab. Which was the 119m. Which i why i said 150m+. I'm just about ready to take this L dude. You are a very frustrating person to deal with. You had nothing but excuses this whole time. My question is 'Do YOU wish to accept or decline the $200 payment?'

Which is why i am willing to pay for the payment of 50m. I outsource and get help from 'workers' to allow me to take on more services at once or i wouldn't be able to make enough money. i can easily be hurt by people making up stories trying to defame my business. the customer is responsible for the items on the account.

Depending on how this goes, moving forward i will check the accounts and screenshot and keep better track of what is on the customer's accounts to help avoid this later on.

Unfortunately there's no proof here for the loss of your wealth. Your best option is to receive what money @AC Services is offering you, along with the services.

Let me know once this has been done so we can close this.
