I am sure this would be a great idea, this would take multiple months but if it is worth it to you to have an account level 63 with 10 hp just for show, it might be worth it to you or might not. In a sense it is all up to you, but in my oppinion you should go ahead and pursure your dream.... if runescape is really a dream for you.

When you get a few 99s you'll be close.

 

1. Finding a lvl 3 with 100+ mil on it and buying it legitly will be a damn hard thing to do.

2. You will die of boredom.

3. If you change your mind about keeping it and end up wanting to sell it then finding a legit buyer that will pay that much for it will also be very hard.

I've also thought about doing this same type of thing with the skiller that I have but I figured it wouldn't be worth it because I'd probably quit ranging with like 70 range and then the account just wouldn't really be worth it.
