Murder Mystery Help, PLEASE!

Okay, So I finished quest, did all steps, and eveything. I went to guard to say that I got the evidence of who did it. And he said I still need more evidence? And I try'd to drop items and start over and it wouldn't let me!

What do I do?:'(

I Used runehq. I must have missed something, But it wont let me do over again to fix. What do I do?

 

I now realise what I think I did wrong. I forgot to talk to guard after I investigated all the spots. But even when I dropped all items and did over again it still says I have fingerprints and thread?

Im getting mad

 

I would suggest going on both tip.it/runescape and runehq because sometimes the steps to quest are listed different. So open both sites in different tabs/browsers and check to see if they are the same on both tip.it and runehq. If not do what both suggest and see which one works.
