Explanation of the trade:

RUNSGOLDVE was to complete a list of quests on @homet0wnboy 's account for 18M 07 gold. Runsgoldve did not inform homet0wnboy that he was going to be outsourcing the work, which resulted in an unacceptable amount of work completed in the time frame given. Runsgoldve claims his worker had a power outage so he switched to another worker (image 5). Once the questing had finally been completed, homet0wnboy noticed whoever was on his account had sold items from his bank and has looted the extra gp. He was not told to remove any excess wealth and was not given a TOS to agree to.

Amount scammed: approx. 5-10M in items on that were on the account + all of his untradables
How they scammed: Sold items from the customers account and took the gold off.

after posting this report, homet0wnboy is contacted by RUNSGOLDVE, hopefully they can come to some conclusion, but it more or less confirms it's his discord. ( https://i.imgur.com/PgQli6Z.jpg )

 

Guy is absolutely the worst service I have ever had says 8 to 12 hour took like 32 on took stole between 5 to 10m in items and to boot lost my full void graceful and firecape and torso to a DC and died on my account he is literally terrible do not trust him on your account

Have you spoken to the worker who completed this order and in general, how do you find/hire your workers?

Answering your question: The worker is my friend, he does not have sythe, so I will always be 100% responsible for what happens.

Lately I've been in medical consultations, but I have a work policy, if a customer tells me that he did not like my services, I give a refund and the service remains free.

I have spoken with @homet0wnboy and we have reached an agreement. When I get to my house, I hope everything is solved.

It has nothing to do with the report, but many hours before, I have offered him a refund. That was not shown in the report

I recommend you revamp your recruitment process and ask for deposits from workers so issues like these don't reoccur.
