Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Clear copy-pasta of Chick's requirements for hire. Shows his disregard for the rules/respect for the market and competition. @Fit is additionally a known Scammer (Aid & Mimi) however even after Wortel's report there isn't enough paper to support it. Lets get ahead of this scamquit please.

I'd like to state that I did indeed copy the template that @Chicks used on this thread, and I hope he doesn't mind that I made a post including a similar design. If it is an issue I will happily alter it further!

To continue I'd like to state that I've followed similar practice in university essay writing which is to take a template, alter it to fit my personal needs/information, and then submit it. This is not plagiarism. Chicks does not copyright the template he uses to advertise the positions available for his business. As you can also see if you take the time to read our threads I have completely customized my thread to fit the needs of my personal gold shop and payment methods. The fact that I have similar VERY COMMON requirements for my workers such as ID's, NDA, etc doesn't mean that I've plagiarized someones thread.

I'd also like to point out the complete false claims that @Gun has made in reference to the legitimacy of myself or my business here on sythe. I'd like this user infracted as he is posting in the violation section about myself being a "known scammer". This is not the RAS this is the RAV.

Thanks in advance to whichever mod handles this.

EDIT: I've also tried to contact @video and @Gen with hopes of confirming my legal ID which is linked to my website that is hosted by @mmorpg . Gun and other users have told me that Ron hosted the website that Gun claims I used to own, so he could surely confirm my identification confidentially to admins if we needed .

 

That is not a template, that is an exact copy. If a template was to be made for a particular section it would be found in stickies.

 

@Fit in future if you plan to use other people's thread layouts/templates, simply ask for their permission first. @Chicks doesn't mind in this case: https://i.imgur.com/g0u2HJN.png. I have infracted you for this.

Seems to be a common theme in all your reports. This is a report a violation section, not RAS/RABE. If you have evidence to prove your claims then make a separate report.
