1. 'Scamming' $120 which was Repaid near instantly.
2. 'Ban Evasion' which i made an account for to create a pardon which is my bad. The rest of the accounts were dismissed by @Panda saying
''There is a home ip match however after investigating both your account and the banned ones I have decided that your story is credible enough and I believe you are not connected to these users. I have lifted your ban.''
3. 'Trading While DNT'ed'

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:

The victim was repaid near instant. The fault was mine by refunding the money via Echeque which took 3 days for the victim to receive which i take total responsibility for.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No there is nothing but good stuff since all of this mess I caused

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

A Customer wanted to buy gold off of me for Paypal, after I received the money I then proceeded to buy gold to fill the customers order, I then discovered I had gotten scammed so I was not going to be able to Fulfil this customers order, because of this I decided to refund the Paypal money to the 'Victim' my mistake was I sent this money as a E-Cheque, I also then discovered that this money takes potentially days for them to receive, I have been using this marketplace for years, I have bought billions of gold, by me being DNT'd currently I am not able to request Sythe PMs from users, I have already unfortunately been scammed by impostors since , So by appealing my DNT i can resume back to being able to receive pms from sythe members, this would be much appreciated as their have been certain deals I've had to opt out of due to the fact that I can not request a sythe pm.
I just wanted to add in that my last ban (trading on Sythe while DNT'ed) I had no intention at all of trading using Sythe. I never use Sythe for PMs or verification even after being scammed so many times i still dont ask for a PM from them id rather risk the money then to get banned for that.
I do all my work on Discord even after getting asked to vouch etc I ask for vouches on Discord to screenshot, and I appreciate the fact I am unbanned right now like never before. I obviously copped it on the chin since id just much rather wait out the 2 months then to give you guys another headache to deal with involving myself

Once again i really appreciate that I am unbanned right now.
I believe that i should be pardoned for the DNT since i have traded near or even possibly over $100,000 AUD traded in 07 gold/other trades like accounts & services without a single problem without using Sythe as a way to look at vouches or get PMs etc with such users as :
@Bert @Fit @Searchy @Skrizzly @pokole @Luck @Elitehanzo @Yirru @Spicy @Casper @OblivionRage @Saad @pingy @KingZaib @Jacky and also @Bolt which unfortunately scammed me for $865.
Since i was scammed by @Bolt @video PMed me on Discord and he told me that i was entitled to $245 USD of Bolts mini-ranks. To show appreciation to Sythe i decided to Donate the entire amount.

Can any moderators Add/PM me on Discord I would much appreciate it just so I can show all the proof of trades and also vouches. There are so many screenshots of trades ranging from 200m 07 up to a 9b 07 vouch etc. Id just much rather not post them publicly as i don't want to get myself into some sort of trouble.
