iPod Album Art Ripper and Auto Song Renamer?

Has anyone got or know where to get a program that can get all your album art dl'ed or a prog that can rename songs to their proper artist - title format?

I'm not sure anything like that is possible because so many songs can get mixed up.
What i do is right click "get info' fill in the name of the song then
right click "get album artwork" and if you have an itunes account it gets the artwork for you.

 

I think that would mess up all of your songs so I wouldn't recommend doing it or anything like that.

 

itunes does it automatically.
