How to send money via paypal?

Ok, I posted this here, as I had no clue were to post it.

Well, I have this problem with paypal I have $200 in my paypal but it wont let me send unless i add my bank account or credit card. One problem I can't add either, I can't even buy a virtual credit card because paypal wont let me send money to buy it . Any help will be appreciated, $15 to whoever can fix it!

You can't unless it was made as a Canadian or Australian account. I am not sure if you can change that after you make it though =/

Just buy a visa gift card at the store?

 

Gah, I honestly cbfd.. there must be a better way....

 

You could change the country to Canada then you can send money.

Or buy a pre-paid credit or debit card and you can fund it with that.

Edit: Nvm, to change your country you have to close the account and all so I think you'd lose the money you have in there. All you can do is get a pre-paid card to verify it.
