Banned for referrals???

Ummmm? i got banned for supposedly having referrals when not once did i link anyone to a referral site? I linked some one to a video that had a referral in the description but thats bout it... And where does it even say "No referrals" and if this is a bannable offense then i think heaps more people should be banned because evry second person has it in there sig?......
