Explanation of the trade:
$325 was paid to @Bert for a rank in a gambling clan/discord. It was explained to me via voice that the clan was hitting the ground running, and launching Monday (Either 3/25 or 4/1). When Monday came around, nobody was on to start up the clan. Bert was on for a whole 30 mins himself and relatively AFK Mon/Tues/Wed. That Saturday I left all discords because my Nitro ran out and my discord # was not secure due to this. In addition to this, I kept myself away from the clan for a little bit because none of the staff were doing anything and the launch was essentially funded by myself (over 150m dropped to get people into Discord) without compensation back from admins as they said they would. Other ranks + Admin @all4love12 were not putting effort in sitting in VC as i recruited playing NBA 2k. So, I chose to take a break until everyone was invested in launching what was planned and decide if I wanted to continue or leave based on the instability.

Today I attempted to reach out to Bert that I was re-joining the discord and my IRL is straightened out and I am all set ready to go at it. Instead he stated he does not want someone like me in the clan and he isn't going to give me my rank back. Please note his partner in the clan @Sempiternally will vouch (or will lie and I will link screenshots) about the 1st paragraph above.

Please note there is no weekly fee to maintain rank. Nor is there a TOS about inactivity. The only TOS is about the Non-refundable buy-in hidden in a discord channel that I was never asked to acknowledge. For future reports/potential ranks.... the TOS is not readily available. It is not on his thread hiring workers nor is readily available or provided to you by Bert/Semp. You would have to seek out a TOS that you were not even asked to acknowledge in order to see it.

"out" in that instance was for that particular day. Why would i forfeit $325 off the bat?

I will prepare my conversations with @Sempiternally as he validates that my complaints about @Fit and @all4love12 are legitimate.

For whomever handles the report... let it be known I did NOT acknowledge the TOS when i bought in, wasn't made aware there even was one. It was not publicly available on the recruitment thread nor was it linked to me or explained by the owner of the clan. He did NOT get me to agree to the ToS and just lied as well that it was "discussed in voice chat "

 

This is just not true. You are simply stating a bunch of opinions that you have.

I am not sure how you see someone leaving a discord chat on their on recognicense temporarily is them quitting the clan when this was not expressed to you.

Stop spamming the thread and let a mod review and request info from either party. Keep making long ass posts none of them will even read it.

 

there is no credible evidence to suggest that this user was scammed, he bought a rank with bitcoin and decided he was going to quit the clan, he then returns 23 days later, and sees that in 2 days we gotten over 5billion worth of bets, so now he wants his rank back. I have known gun for years, and i can assure you he is a individual that only wants to be around for the good things in life, he assumed since he just dissapeared after telling us he doesn't want to be a part of the clan anymore that he was entitled to be able to get his rank back at any given time. the stories gun is making up about having his life sorted out and being able to return to the clan are simply bias, this user is trying to make claims that make us look bad, due to his frustration with me and other members of the clan. It would be appreciated if a sythe mod/admin could finally reply to this post, as this is a direct attempt to tarnish the gpcasino name - Sincerely, Leptin/all4love12 , a owner of the Gpcasino discord.

Your recruiting thread [Hiring Ranks] does not state any of these items. That would be the thread any perspective hosts would see about rank prices if they were browsing for a spot.

I have not even been in the discord yet since Bert told me he was going to ban me, so how would I see your "5b leaderboards" lmao

You guys are only digging a deeper hole and making yourselves look even less credible. Please stop replying and let a staff member iron out any question marks.

 

also gun, don't act like you werent a part of our swapping clan years ago, you are well aware of the fact that ranks are NON refundable, you are simply posting this report to try and tarnish our name. you know this, this is the last post i will be making about this subject as we are yet to get any replys from sythe admins/mods, i just needed to put in my 2 sense because all i see from you is a bias attempt to tarnish our name.
