On 04/14/2019 I gave Ramp2016 92M for an account build from scratch, 60 attack 60 strength 90 defence.

On 04/24/2019 at 5:24PM PST Ramp2016 messaged me saying that the account was done, I thanked him for his service, gave him a vouch. I was at work during the time he sent this message, but checked via OSRS mobile just to make sure it was all completed and stuff. I got home around 11PM PST on 04/25/2019 - about 6 hours after he finished, logged in, put 100m cash on the account, got some fletching levels, did like two or three quest and then went to bed. When I woke up, the account was permanently banned for macroing.

Here is a photo of me doing fletching about an hour before I ended up going to bed. As you can see, 99M is in my inventory, which is the 100M cash I put onto the account after I changed the password.


I messaged Ramp2016 the following morning, and originally he said he was sorry and that he was going on vacation and that he would be back May 10th and could make me a new account. He said it's only ever happened once before, and once it was appealed they unbanned the account. My ban for some reason is unappealable.
I asked for the 92M back instead of him making me a new account as I didnt want to wait. Once I said that, he kinda switched things up and didn't want to make me an account from scratch anymore unless I accepted 60/60/82 instead of 60/60/90, or a 46M (50%) refund as he said he did his work.

I don't think I should be responsible for a macroing ban that happened 8-12 hours after I got the account back. He had the account for 10 days. I don't know what happened. I've used this guy several times in the past and I never had an issue. Ramp2016 does kickass work and is extremely fast with what he does, as he dedicates sometimes 16-20 hours a day leveling accounts for people.
I told him not to worry about the 100M cash that was on the account, as I'll take responsibility for it, but he needs to either make me a new account from scratch or refund the 92M. At this point, I'd just prefer the 92M cash.

I told him I was going to have to send in a report if we couldn't come to terms to a solution. He said that I was free to file a report. He said hes willing to help (out of good will only) with 50% refund. He said hes 100% it wasnt his fault.

 

It's true, i first said that i could build a new one, but then i just tought it wouldn't be that fair for me...
Thats why i offered to "refund" 46m (out of good will only, as i''m 100% sure this ban was not my fault, since i was working with some other accounts simultaneously)

I'm no donor, around 135 vouches (i know it's not that much, just a simbolic number here, i'm not flattering myself) all handmade by myself only, never got any issue here. First time gettin reported. So in the end it's up to the staff if i should be responsible for this. One of my terms is that i'm not reponsible for any bans after i finish my service (since i don't know what happened to the account before i log and what will happen after i finish).

Last observation: I was doing 2 more orders simultaneously and playing on my main (as i always do since i started "working" here), all of them are just fine.
I''m currently on "vacation" (as you can check on discord convo or above), i'm takin a break because it's been almost a year (14 months to be accurate) since i'm doing this non-stop , so those who think that i just "botted" his account because i was planning to retire myself, please don't, otherwise i would not even care about this.

Edit1: It wasn't from scratch, since i got the account already 50att/~57str/30def. As i last said on our disc convo, i don't know who did the first lvls or w/e happened before i did my job.

His ToS state he's not responsible for bans. This account also wasn't from scratch. There's no way for us to know whether you were botting prior to giving him the account, or even after receiving it back.

Has no liability or responsibility to issue a refund. If he is willing to out of good will then that's entirely up to him.
