I recieved account in an account trade and sold it. I stated i was not original owner. The supposed Original owner wont respond to me and also blocked gmaulprod

1st i would like proof that account was recovered. He messaged me asking the original owner to recover the account because he forgot the email which i will post screenshots of in the morning. Apparently he forgot the info and the original owner refused to recover the account unless @gmaulprod2 paid him 20m.. Something isnt adding up.

He should not have been asking for original owner's contact information, this trade occurred between you and @gmaulprod2. Your ToS state you'll issue a refund if the account gets recovered, which is what happened here.

Please provide proof that the account was recovered. Once that's been done, @Genucyde proceed with refunding the buyer. After that, you need to take this up between yourself and the OO you purchased the account from.

 

I didnt purchase from OO, Apparently the OO sold it to the guy i account swapped to for it. Then, i sold to @gmaulprod2. , where as the account info was supposedly " forgotten, and not recovered by OO, unless gmaul paid 20m. This did not happen, and now the account was recovered? How do i know he just legit forgot the info and trying to get a refund from his mistake? Im dumbfounded... If he provides legitimate proof the account was recovered I will refund the payment. Until then, I have no reason to refund or hold a " Do Not Trade " title here on Sythe for the accusations. @Gladiator

 

How can I prove the account was recovered?

Tag the original owner then or the guy u brought if off..and get original owner to recover it if the account wasn’t recovered then I’m sure they will be happy to help

@Takuyaaaa this guy is the original owner apparently what genucyde told me

 

@ClayClay is the person i traded accounts with. He bought the account from @Takuyaaaa which is the supposed (Original Owner).
I then sold the account to @gmaulprod2 . Got message saying he forgot info, and if the OO can recover. Now he is saying the account was recovered. Can either of you shed some light? @Takuyaaaa @ClayClay

The account was on your email, do you have emails to prove it was recovered? Password resets, email changes, account locks - anything?

Regardless of who the OO is and how many people this account has gone through, you're required to refund him as stated by your own ToS. The chain of responsibility falls on you first. If you're refusing to, this report will be closed and you'll keep your DNT. Very adamant @Gladiator . like i said in a previous reply, i am 100 % willing to refund the 125m IF and ONLY "IF" the account was recovered. As stated EXACTLY In the trade agreement TOS. I am only taking liability if the account was recovered. Any other predicament, I am not liable nor responsible. My exact words, and i quote, " And i am 100% with accounts i am not OO of. If account gets recovered, i will fully 100% refund sale price."
Provide the emails of account being recovered etc.. And this dispute will be resolved immediately.
