Trades:
Fees are taken once the trade starts, and a refund will only be given IF I haven't checked the account yet. Any refunding of the money AFTER this point is considered scamming, and you will be banned for it.

I don't do pin trades, don't bother asking. I specialize in account, WU and paypal trades, RSGP require the transferring of gp between buyer and seller while I hold the funds to be transferred.
