[DENIED] Lets make a Sythe PR Team!

Sythe activity as been going down for years but with the recent changes to the old school version of Runescape the games activity is way up. Wouldn't that increase site traffic? It isnt because nobody knows about it, we need a Public Relations team to spread the good news and bring new partners to Sythe.org. Within the discord they'd be given a pink rank of course.


Benefits:

- More active users in the community
- More money coming to Sythe and it's service providers
- A new means of engagement outside of the Sythe community giving Sythe.org a voice outside of its own platfom to project ideas.
- A way of rewarding trusted active users who want to give back to Sythe a roll in the community and a means to do just that.
- Unmoderated and left to grow organically on it's own, it would add no extra toll to moderators or staff and only provide positives even if it were to fail.


Restrictions:

- No mini-rank would be given and users involved will not be allowed to use PR as a symbol of trust within the community. It would not be accounted for in moderator applications and any minirank if one was given.. would need to be plain on Sythe.org and only be a means of showing that they are a participant in this project.

 

I support this. I think the removal was a bit far however the team needed proper leadership and guidance in the correct direction. CDT becoming responsible for the task of bringing on new members to the community does not solve the problem; it simply puts even more on the shoulders of one group.

 

How would this be different if we create a brand new team with new members? We put the responsibility on the more seasoned team that has proven to be more effective and productive.

I'm unsure if you intend to troll by making this suggestion 5 days after we've disbanded PR but please do not waste staff time as we've already made it clear that CDT is taking over the job.
