Waste of money if you ask me, unless someone is stupid enough to buy a 10 hp acc with 99 range and 99 mage, I mean it's useless for pking. But if you leveld it 99 mage, 10 hp then 99 range with hp you'd be making it worth a sale and purchase for someone.
