Question about a script someone posted

So i want to 6-hour afk NMZ with guthan's, so i needed a script that keeps you logged in.
I found this script:

My questions are:
Does this means: "Random, IntSleep, 60000, 1086000" it will random send a key between that time in ms?

And what chance do you expect to be banned by using this script?

Why don't you just auto click with random intervals? did this for splashing & nmz for 200+hours on different accounts and never been banned.

 

Ah yeah that script didn't work idk why, do you req a program that supports random intervals?
