AprilGoldenStore scammed me

Full Sythe name of scammer: AprilGoldenStore

Approximate value of scam: ~400$ USD (558m OSRS gold)

Method of scam: Take currency in one game (PoE) and not pay up in the other game (OSRS)

Quick series of events: So I was selling AprilGoldenStore my 1000 exalted orbs on Path of Exile standard server for 558m OSRS gold, as confirmed by him on skype. He confirmed his identity by messaging me on Sythe, and so I went ahead with the trade. Afterwards, he simply never replied.

This is where the scam gets interesting though. See, his skype name was this:



Which, in retrospect, I do concede is NOT the real AprilGoldenStore, as was originally debunked in my previous scam report by a Sythe mod called "Gladiator". (I didn't realise the "live:" portion of his name wasn't supposed to be there, I'm used to discord...) However, after taking a closer look at my evidence, I realised that April sent me this screenshot:



Which is an EXACT MATCH to what I was sent on Scythe. The only way the imposter could actually know the exact message that was sent to me by the real April is by being him. I therefore conclude that April runs a scamming skype contact, and only because of his screenshot of typing the message to me was I able to deduce this.

Not really sure how this site handles scamming like that, but I'd definitely like to see something happen about this. I also definitely regret not using a middleman, but I figured a long-time seller like that could be trusted. Definitely won't make that mistake again.

The accusation from @Big Boss now is that he owns the impostor skype. @AprilGoldenStore can you show us the skype messages you received on April 19th, when the Impostor reached out to you, to request a sythe PM.

2.Shortly after I came to this forum, I was scammer 1000$+. So I am sorry to hear that u was scammed, I could understand u, but plz be careful when u trading. Make sure the person who is talking with u is the real one.

@Big Boss - You were man in the middle scammed. The impostor you were speaking to was also speaking with the real @AprilGoldenStore, when you requested a confirmation PM number, the impostor then asked the real AprilGoldenStore to PM him the number, where he linked your Sythe account.

The chats don't match however, the time is close which is part of the scam. You need to confirm who you are speaking with before trading over Skype or Discord. Here are a few guides to follow:
