Recovered right after he saw name change/membership was added. Lost gold I added on there and also 100M I paid to purchase this account... Please IP ban him, and hopefully his RS account is permabanned for being heavily contested.

Is there any sort of refund that could be collected on my end? Or I am asking for a refund from him.
