Anybody good at writing poems?

I was wondering, if possible, if anybody can write a simple poem for me. honestly, when it comes to poems, my mind just completely blanks out. so if possible, I would like to get some help, if possible.

it's basically an autobiography poem, which some say to be very simple but as you know, i'm terrible at writing poems.

this is how the format/outline of the poem should be:

I am (two special characteristics you have)
I wonder (something you are curious about)
I hear (a sound)
I see (a sight)
I want (an actual desire)
I am (the first line of the poem repeated)

I pretend (something you pretend to do)
I feel (a feeling about something imaginary)
I touch (touching something)
I worry (something that really bothers you)
I cry (something that makes you sad)
I am (the first line of the poem repeated)

I understand (something you know is true)
I say (something you believe in)
I dream (something you dream about)
I try (something you really make an effort at)
I hope (omething you actually hope for)
I am (the first line of the poem repeated)

This is what I currently have. I do know it doesnt make sense though...I just tried to make it rhyme but I couldnt work it out! I'm finished with the 1st and 3rd stanza, but I cant think of anything for the 2nd stanza. ive been working on this for bout a few hours now, but im sure you can come up with something BETTER in a few minutes.
