I agree here, would be cheaper because then u both need to bond lvl 3s, but chances are he's trying to get an edge by getting all stats close to the next lvl etc or have some sort of lamps in inventory maybe.

 

Scary to risk it on a lvl 3 stake. Just pref max stakes

 

This is a scam, they have stored XP lamps, which they will use to gain an advantage.

 

Wouldn't any lamps in the inventory be visible?

Doing the first trick would still give them a fairly sizable advantage:
-Someone with 2 att is 10% more likely to hit on 1 def compared to 1 att
-Someone with 1 att is 10% less likely to hit on 2 def compared to 1 def
