You’ve done nothing there so don’t act like you have.

What would you like to see from the PR team?

Here is your constructive feedback that will excel PR into the success.

 

Let’s be honest. It took you a month and a half to generate funding and thread creation for a $100 or less event. You have used the excuse “we don’t have funding” 100 times and that is just an excuse.

You are there for visibility and ideally “customer” aquisition and need to adjust to the market and figure out how to gain reach to new users, niche groups on social media and get eyes on the site. You have failed that task. All you have done is create an event that promotes making other people do your job for you.

 

This will be my last reply.

Thanks for your feedback, we will be looking into his problem, and we will use this as a stepping stone to better our understanding of the people we vote into the team and to make sure we do more research when doing so.

I apologize for your incompetent understanding of basic peer to peer communication, but Id you work hard enough I believe you will be able to succeed in applying in a couple months time.

If you’d like to succeed I suggest
1. Stop slandering PR’s name
2. Act like a human being
3. Contact the team directly if you have any concerns, that we can attend to.
4. Be nicer

Even though you’ve been given a second chance numerous amounts of times here this site, I will give you one as well, if you can stop tagging me ever second in discord with something rude to say to fuel your own egotistical and cruel “constructive feedback”.

Once again you are using Spam Forum as a means of judgement. You are extremely weak minded if you allow either forms of the spam forum to influence your judgement in any way.

There are plenty of things you’ve said in discord that are EXTREMELY out of line for a community leader such as your self. But it’s spam forum, remember?

You have someone who is openly expressing that they wish to partake in the team in hopes of revival before they delete you off this site permanently.... and choose to deny them because they are toxic in discord and you don’t like how I talk to you in the Spam Forum.

Hey dude, i'm solely basing my opinion on how I see you interact with other users, and the way you carry yourself around the forum.

I dont doubt that you're a good bloke, but as of right now, that's not quite evident. You have to work to better yourself.

If anything, I hope you do prove me wrong. I have nothing against you personally.

 

noted, thanks for the response. I do think maybe you should look around more, and see the interactions i have with the community on a more broader level, in introductions , suggestions "not the ones i totally disagree with" and where I've reported numerous amounts of imposters and scammers,and did free middleman services to help out (i do understand in exchange i did sometimes receive a vouch which builds profile). I may be rude at times, but it's for the sake of getting a point across.

I don't have the power to do so, you've been on the site for 13 years, and have been in TC and PR, did you not experience a voting process? where the whole team votes on an application?

In addition, with enough pressure the TRUE reason for denial has come out.

I was already thinking about joining the PR team but was busy on vacation for the past 2 weeks and didn't want to dive in like I did last time and be inactive first week.

I was also told by the staff team, @Pendulum I apologize for throwing your name out there, to join a community team and be more involed.

@BEAST Denied my PR app because he did not want me to be able to join a community team so I couldn't use it as a step up or movement forwards towards becoming a mod. That is what you are all getting out of your community leader.

If you can read, this was posted in my first response to you. You were denied for the given reasons already, if you'd like to re-apply in a few months, than you're free to do so. If you actually care about the team, i look forward to reviewing your application in a couple months. In the meantime a few people here gave some really good points on how you can improve yourself you should really take note on these and put them into action ASAP! it will help you out loads! best of luck !

 

Just because its the spam forum doesn't mean it won't be used in the decision process for a development team.

Beast gave you reasons why the team denied your app, some more valid than others, but he is not the only one involved in the decision. He gave you several opportunities to discuss this in DM and this was ignored.

The way you handle yourself on the Discord is enough of a reason for denial, perhaps work on that and you might be considered for the team in the future.
