Explanation of trade/scam: refuses to issue 75% refund of service. said he'll issue one at anytime in TOS he sent me. he edited (in discord messages) his original timeframe of 1.5 months and edited it to 3.5 after I asked why he hadn't been on the account in a week. then he edited the timeframe and said he would continue the next day. that was 4 days ago. hasn't continued. seems to only perform 1-3 hours every few days if at all.

Amount: there is 7,704,068 exp remaining until 95 fishing, price paid was 40gp/xp. 40 x 7,704,068 is 308m. 75% of 308m is 231m to be refunded

maybe relevant: elevement refusing service post-payment report

made a thread before after setting up this service originally, tried to put blame on me for losing the gp after payment and then refused to do service then. Mods resolved it then, but now he just flat out doesn't touch the account and is changing his timeframes, and refusing refund. Which is all I'd like now, no desire for his "service" anymore.

You not only agreed for him to complete the service in the previous report, but also told him he can take as long as he likes. I've spoken to @elevement and told him that he needs to put more effort into completing this, as unfortunate as the payment was, the service still needs to be complete as he was paid.

@elevement you have two months left to complete this service, your focus should be on this before taking any other orders. @Karmac If the service isn't complete by then, let us know.

Almost a month after the original message. Pretty cunning @elevement. I've issued you with a DNT until you refund @Karmac.

 

Im not being "cunning" friend. I only sent the screenshots after we discuss about the timeframe again. And he answer: "That would be fantastic", when I told him about the three months. Maybe it's more easy to look at the way you explain.

I gonna do a refund because I dont want more problems with this costumer.

I only have Paypal to refund him, let me know @Karmac if you can in that way, if not, someone maybe can sell me gold.
