I Can’t Change My E-mail Attached To My Account

Hello,

For 24 hours I’ve been trying to change my e-mail linked to my RS3 account but am not receiving an e-mail. It’s not in my inbox, junk, or spam. I tried sending too many yesterday and it gave me this message "Due to a high number of requests, you have been temporarily blocked from requesting new codes." It’s been well over 8 hours and I just tried again and I didn’t get an e-mail. Any help would be much appreciated.

I think there is a delay of removal ? Have you tried a different browser? Or device
