For sotw? Is it just me or is this way off the size restriction?

It's kind of cool I suppose, but seems to me all you did was cut out part of a picture and add text to the upper left. Maybe used some lighting effects, but I don't see the skill involved in this one. :\

 

lmao pretty sure its size restricitions are right and ye simply because i didnt really no how to prject this weeks theme i barely put much effort into it, likew lighting and some clipping maskes ;p

The theme this week was hard to comprehend, this sig would be nice if it was the right size
