I ordered 1-50 firemaking + gathering 700 cakes from scratch on a HCIM from StickTalk.
The worker, redacted, agreed to complete the order in a specific timeframe and agreed to refunding the bonds if the accounts were to get banned. Obviously the service wasn't completed, as all the accounts got banned. StickTalk refunded me the payment, but it's redactedhis responsibility to refund the bonds. All the accounts got banned for macroing. redacted provided screenshots of him training, that were made in OSBuddy. I genuinely wanna believe him that he did not bot. StickTalk blames the bans on the fact the accounts were not created on a home IP. I've had this issue with redacted before however, where he trained f2p accounts that actually were made on my home IP. The accounts did get locked at some point, but that's fairly common.

Also, I traded the bonds to redacted at april 8th.
The accounts got locked the same day ( unlocked them 1-2 days later )
The accounts were all banned on april the 8th. redacted however mentioned they got banned on april 14th. This is 6 days later ( 4-5 days after they got banned ). He was supposed to complete the accounts within 4 days ( delay because of lock is perfectly fine ) but this is very odd as well.

All the chatlogs were in a ticket from StickTalks channel. Sunday the 14th I've messaged redacted asking for a refund, but he hasnt replied at all.

redacted completed Tut island on all of these accounts. I have done the exact same service with multiple people, without a problem. Although I believe he did not bot, this is irrelevant as he agreed to refunding if the accounts were to get banned. Never was it mentioned he would not have to refund if he provided screenshots.
