I'm looking for some software that can hold a window at the foreground of any other application, this includes fullscreen applications. Imagine something like playing any game at fullscreen, and then having Discord or another application be above it, even when clicking to the side of it. The only actions that would allow it to disappear are minimizing or ending the application. I also need the software to remember preferences.
