RuneMob Worker scam

Scammer : @RuneMob (highly doubt it was him, but guessing it was whoever was on my account)
Explanation of Trade : Bought MM2 off of him via his website. A worker did it for me.
Amount Scammed : 400m+ (just realized the 3rd age top didn't get stolen out of everything else, obviously missed it)
How they Scammed : Finished the quest while I was at work yesterday 4/10/2019, log in today and my bank is completely diminished cause I didn't have time to change my password today. Again, not saying he had anything to do with it, but I don't know what else to do at this time.
Proof of Discord : Have done a transaction with him prior to this with no issues.

I’m sure that we aren’t involved in any of this... I told you quest was done, you checked and confirmed. After that you ALWAYS change your pw. Then 2 days later you message me that your bank is cleaned?...

 

It has barely been 24 hours since I checked the account.. and didn't have 5 minutes to change the password from a mobile device.

 

But... you transfered your entire bank back to your account from a mobile? How does that work?

 

transferred my bank back before changing my pass cause I wasn't thinking that I'd have someone take my entire bank 24 hours after doing a service for me. Doesn't make sense. Basically change your password right away or someone is going to attempt to log in to your account later and steal your entire bank. Got it.

 

That's not my message. Change your password at all times after service so it would be 100% in your control and your control only. 24 hours is a long time, a lot could've happened within that time. Are you sure nobody else had your password at the time?

 

Update: RuneMob and I are figuring this out. I have contacted Jagex Support and waiting on a response about the IP's. Just a really bad situation all around. Nothing against RuneMob though in general, he's a good dude.

 

@RuneMob did you instruct him to remove all valuables from the account?

 

They were not on the account when he did the service, I had an IRL friend help me transfer my items back when the account was done, however, did not change pass until it was too late. I've used plenty of services before and for whatever reason this happened this time. His worker was the only one that knew of my password, but is currently dealing with more bank on other accounts than what I had in mine. Just a very odd situation, and changing my password right away after the service wasn't even a thought due to this never happening before. Guess I learned a lesson, but still his worker was the only person to know my password and it doesn't make any sense.

 

@Wuhver ok, there’s no way to prove who took the items so this report can’t go anywhere. Sorry for your loss.
