BimJeezle [Resolved]

I (bimjeezle) recently got banned for "scamming" the user barbaar, but I never got a notification of the scam report so I never had a chance to respond and show the chat logs he cut out of his "proof" (Here's the link to the scam report thread BimJeezle is a scammer.). The user purchased my accounts through dms on sythe which I thought was fishy in the first place, but nonetheless I sent him my PayPal and he sent me the money.

Less than 12 hours after purchasing my account he had opened a PayPal dispute and was threatening to "ruin the account" if I didn't give his money back. He was talking about some "proof" I was a scammer (his proof - Runescape scammed account name:[email protected] - Best site to report runescape scammed account,runescape scammer names,runescape scammed sellers). To be fair I have no idea what that's about and don't see how that's any proof anyway. I offered to refund him if he wanted to return the account and I'd just put it back up on my PlayerAuctions, but he refused to hand it over until I closed the dispute in his favor which was very dangerous for me. He believed I was a scammer and wasn't willing to talk and I didn't feel safe risking losing the account and money. I even told him he could use that as evidence in the PayPal case if he just gave the account back, but he wasn't interested. I would include screenshots of our Sythe correspondence that he conveniently cut out in his proof, but I can't login to the account to do that so I'll provide chatlogs from Discord where we took the convo after he purchased the account.

**Fortfour is not myself or any relation. He's a friend I asked to post some Apex Legends threads for me before I realized I had a Sythe account from my dealings with Kataal. He should not be punished/banned for any of this.

First, in response to what was said about me not responding. I never checked Sythe because I never got a notification in my email (like I do when I get dm'd) and the only reason I was on Sythe in the first place was to try and sell my account which I had already accomplished (Kind of?). So I am sorry I wasn't able to respond, but I legitimately had no way of knowing there was anything I needed to respond to. You said I was online at the time so I may have had a tab open I'm not sure, but I didn't receive any notification or have any reason to be on Sythe at the time to my knowledge.

Yes, I am or was "WalterMethWhite" and I guess I am a ban evader although I'd honestly kinda forgotten. That ban was over 5 years ago for a false threat I made to boot someone offline that I never even followed through with because I didn't even have the means to do so. I was 16 years old and was repeating things I'd heard other toxic people say. That was a dumb mistake that I'll own, but I never scammed anyone. If my ban is for ban evading I can accept that as fair, but I want to make it clear that Barbaar is the one holding my account and money hostage right now. I haven't done anything wrong to him.

Lastly on the note of FortFour being banned because of me. You said he's liable for my actions, but he's not related to this RS account sale at all. He posted a thread for me regarding an Apex Legends account for Xbox that I never got a single response from anyone about. I expect you'd see another scam report if that weren't the case. I've known him for probably close to 4 years and will be happy to make another video showing our Discord chat log dated back as far as want just to prove that he is indeed my friend and not one of my alts. He's one of my closest friends and we communicate daily, but I'll be happy to backtrack and find where I asked him to post the thread for me. FortFour is not a scammer and does not represent myself or my actions.

 

I asked him why he thought he was entitled to a free account.. I'm referring to him owning my account and the money he charged back. In no way was I saying I recovered the account.. AFAIK he's still in control of the account and he did ruin it by completing Monkey Madness like he said.
