Any relatively recent Infernal Cape removals?

Has anyone recently had a bought Infernal Cape removed?

Searching, the most recent removal I can find was 4-5 months ago of ~336 capes. I can only assume that removals don't occur too close together (as they try to get people in a large amount all at once).

I'm planning on buying a service at some point. I'd for sure be paying for a TeamViewer cape but beyond that I'm not sure what steps I should take to protect myself (like paying for failed attempts, etc) as the service fee would be a lot of GP to me so not keen to lose out on the resulting cape.

Bump as i am also curious, i believe a ban wave happened on the morning of the 4th, i purchased a cape on the 4th myself and havn't recieved an incfraction, however I have heard some sellers advertising a low ban rate are paying people off or offering to do their capes again free of charge due to them being banned as a request for them to remove their posts. (as shown between the 4th and the 6th of april on tweeters post.) I've contacted a few sellers and they also reassured me that remote capes are safe as long as you don't go around blurting about it and that manual review is only caused by an automatic flag due to multiple reports or outlying suspicious activities regarding the inferno i.e, 1 single attempt and geting through all waves and killing zuk first try. As far as I am away every infernal attempt is logged by jagex. A member of the community asked for this information shortly after release and was provided with it. Although everything above is speculation in terms of how you are banned/flagged for purchasing a cape I am also looking for reassurance from other members of the community who have purchased capes via remote desktop programes.

    Thanks for your reply.

I had also heard that there was a ban wave at the beginning of this month (from a comment made by another Sythe user) - just hadn't found anything on Google regarding it to get an idea of the scope of it.

When I can afford a service I'm definitely just going to go for it - assuming that the provider can get a good enough connection to me via TeamViewer.

I used pink clay just because of his reputation, would definitely reccomend paying a bit of a premium for his service.
