OSRS Pure Account Scammer

Explanation of trade: Trade was for a maxed 75 attack pure for the original agreed upon price of $40 BTC. We were going to get a MM as he claim he was legit and had done $1000’s of dollars worth of trades and wouldn’t scam over such a small amount. We opted for PayPal without MM because he said I could charge back if he scammed. We agreed that I’d pay $20 first then he would give me all the account details so that I could change them to mine followed by another $20.

After realizing the sythe member was also in the same clan discord as me (IR) I assumed I should go along with him and that he could be trusted . I sent the original $20 on paypal and received no information due to the fact that he claims the arrival of the money never happened although I was able to confirm. I even called PayPal and they said it had been delivered. I then paid another $20 via BTC and I double check even with him before sending it to the provided address. After I sent the money he claimed that it was the wrong address. Then I sent $45 PayPal some hours later as a gift (believed it would work faster) and he claimed that he never got the money and that I should just refund the PayPal o cancel my credit card and pay him only in BTC. I have screenshots of every confirmation plus proof that it was sent to the correct addresses and arrived although claimed otherwise. This user also claims to be friends with a mod on sythe and says he will receive no punishment at all for what he has done.

He saw me ask him to respond, since he's refused he can explain it in a dispute. Banned for 3 months + DNT.
