Avatar problem

I have an animated avatar and when i upload it, it dosnt work... why? or how do i fix this?

This is my current, and its supposed to be animated, i uploaded from comp.

 

hmm, maybe try tommorow or somthing.. it happends to me all the time.. did u make it? or did u find it and save it? if u made it thats probably why.. it doesnt let u pout ur own created ones on there (only like jppg files or somthing)

 

Upload it to www.tinypic.com.

Save it as a uhhm.. forgot what its called but that will work.

 

Upload it or if its uploaded save it to your comptuer.

 

I copyed and saved from a website and uploaded from comp.

It is a .gif file and i did what "macs" said it dosnt work.
