Need silab help!!

Everytime I load silabsoft client it shows me this.

Error_loader_client - Unable to download client.
silabclient was unable to download the client file


Login to your computer as an 'administator' user, and then try loading silabclient again. This should give it sufficient access to create save client cache file.


Or, create a new directory called C:\WINDOWS\.silabclient_store_32 or /.silabclient_store_32. If possible, set that directory to have full read+write permissions so that all users can write to it. silabclient should then detect that directory and use it for its files.



Make sure to accept the java signature it looks like this:


if the signature does not come up for you, some security software or parental settings may be perventing you from accepting it.

Well, ive added the direcotry, and checked my security. Nothing seems to be wrong.


It use to work, and now it doesnt. can someone please help me figure out how to get this to work?

unless im creating the directorty incorrectly. How would i properly create a directory?

 

well, heres a couple of thins you might want to check:

-you have the latest version of java
-you don't have the site blocked
-your content advisor isn't blocking it
-right click internet the select "propertys"
-then click the "content" tab.
-if you see "enable" your in good shape-nobody activated
-or if you see "disable" you might need the password from the person who
set it.
-you have a good internet connection,if not then it most likely won't load.
-EVERY COMPUTER SHOULD HAVE AN ADMIN CODE...i'm not quite sure but if you are password protected you may have to remove your password OR find the amdin coode for your computer (i'm not quite sure how.)
-restart computer maybe?


to find out if your computer is administrator go to
start > control panel > user accounts

then click on your account.
it should tell you wether or not your limited or administrator.

I dont know where to pst this but HELP!!!

I a real newbie to Silab Soft and Im trying to connect to a free server. I know none and have tired stuff like Cowscape and it keeps comming up "Error connecting to server"

I dont know what to do how to create an account or anything!

A step-by-step guide with picks is preferd but i need ANY HELP!!!

I dont think anyone is going to see this but HELP!!! :'(
