once again, 28-30 took you 1.5 hours thats 1.5 mil in 1.5 hours which falls within range for one, and you might not be the fastest there is i said 750 to 1.5 mil / hr ok its a range

2 different items in one balloon for 2 different people, as in 2 people both get a reward from teh same balloon

There's a small chance you can get banned using the Party Room to RWT.

There's no reason to check the room for people hiding. If you don't see any white dots on your mini map, then nobody's hiding nearby. If you want to be thorough, you can go upstairs first.

That doesn't mean that somebody can't log on after you pull the lever. There are people who make a career (a very low-paying career) out of switching worlds, looking for Party Room drops. While they're looking for legitimate (meaning high value) drop parties, they'll gladly stick around for a minute if they find somebody who's trying to RWT a Rune Platebody.

I also posted this a long time ago. Apparently, people want to believe in hot zones. Let them. It means that those who know better have that much better a chance.

If you can honestly PROVE (via vid or however u can prove it) That hotzones do not exist, i will take down my guide, and apologize to both of you.

I have 50+ people willing to say hotzones exist, and who have actually tested it.

 

fast, simple explaination,
if you stand in the so called "hot zone" the items gonna land there cuz thats wehere you're popping balloons
nobodys ever actually stood in the so called "cold zone" to start therefore nobody could actually know

how many of those 50 ppl actually tested every zone before determing hot zones exist? i bet 0

Guys who still think there are hotzones really need to think about it... Two people here on sythe have dedicated a LOT of time to proving it wrong, (when it was never PROVEN in the first place) and have provided explanations for why other people believe it to be true.

The Hot Zone is a nonfiction book, don't get it confused with the runescape hotzone fiction.
