I hired this guy to train my thieving to 55, we agreed on a package price for multiple skills, agility, hunter and thieving, I agreed to pay him 7M for 55 thieving, he claimed it would take him 5 hours. Not only did it not take him 5 hours, within 6 hours of him logging out of my account for the night (probably closer to like 2-3 hours later) I had been banned permanently for Macroing Major.



He will try to say I agreed to his "TOS" which I did but not before telling him on Discord that the account was a fresh account, had only had questing done on it, and that if it was macro banned while in his control that shit does not apply.



Then I paid him.



I showed him proof of this and requested a refund in full. He also destroyed my account by getting it banned, he claims it wasn't him and that it had to have been someone else, the account was freshly made a few days before and the only thing that had been done on it was questing by a quester that I literally use everyday @zhaporethe he is actually questing the replacement account for the one that this moron (gregs) got banned as we speak. He cost me about 25M in questing that he got banned for I believe autoclicking thieving.

When I showed him proof and requested a refund, seeing as how he is the one that got the account banned... he had only fucking done 66K/166K xp for the required job anyways, he became irate and refused to compromise claiming there was no way he was responsible for the ban, when in fact he was I have never botted on the account, I deal with trainers and questers daily and this is the first one that has ever gotten my account banned for macroing.





this was the last thing we spoke about before he went to bed, I offered to pay for a quest to be done by my quester to make his job EASIER, going out of my way to ensure everything was as simple and fast as possible for him.

the next morning approximately 5:30 AM my time I realized my account has been permanently banned for macroing and request a refund immediately.



I am requesting that he refund me the 7M I paid him for the training, seeing as how it is extremely evident that he botted the account, the account was only in his control besides questing that I have done by the same quester all the time (never ever experienced a macro ban from a quester ((especially this quester)) the quester has been questing the new replacement account since this one was banned and I've run into no issues so far, like I said I use him all the time.) I'd also like him to have to pay me for the 25M in questing I wasted after he botted 46 thieving and got my account banned. Can provide proof of anything else needed.

 

Before you are making a scam report, please add all ppl you hired the last few days before me. I think i can provide all screens, or give access to my computer to any moderator to check that i am NOT using any third programs. Please bring real proves. I think, that @Vertex1017 was also skilling for you. why are you saying that i am the only person to skill on your account? i think there are a few other ppl who trained it.

 

You used an auto clicker, you know you did, you didn't finish in the time you said, you refused to refund me, you got the account banned, didn't finish the job, you are a liar and should be punished/held accountable for this.

 

i can't remember to say any time frame for thieving. In my TOS it's written taht I am not using any third programs. If the acc get banned, it's not my fault. I trained a lot for @MangoMuncher23423 the first time. without any problems. For @Vertex1017 i trained everything too and for @TySimpson i did Thief 50 too, with the same methode as yours. with the exception that i died on his HCIM, nothing else happened. I decided myself to offer him then the full service (thief 1-50) which took a full day. and for @Frog I skilled too his scratch account for ~1day without problems. This was my last reply to this Thread, as long any mod need some proof or anything else. You can't come here and accuse me to something, that's not true.

There's no way to prove these cases of who caused the ban. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do. Sorry for your loss. Be careful who you hire. If he gets another report for the same thing then next time we may be able to take action.

 

@gregory136 I forgot to mention, you need to refund the remaining exp worth in gold.

 

He is refusing to refund the 2/3 of the job he didn't finish

He is trying to hold the remaining 4.6M he owes me for XP he didn't get due to getting my account banned.

finally replied after typing lol, claims he shut down his laptop but will refund the money tomorrow. Will update if he actually pays.

 

@Andy Samberg Is him admitting this enough to make him pay for the account as well, admits to using non client keybinds for clicking with his numberpad instead of mouse and auto dropping inventory

 

Alt+Shift+NumLck isn‘t considered as a bot, mousekey or anything else. it‘s only the "5" who i can use for simple clicking. using it since months or years without issues.

With auto dropping i mean: Shift plus the "5" on the notepad. it‘s a lot easier as shift and clicking on the mouse for a left hander.
