Hello! I am the admin/webmaster of a new community I have been working on that I'm very excited about, its a cool new concept for RSPS development with old ideas but just spiced up a bit and modernized, we have community maintained toplists where you can submit STAR ratings based on your evaluation of a product, usually a server but we offer toplists for any community suggested list

Currently we have toplists for the following services:

• RSPS advertisement- we have multiple sections so that you can appeal to a specific audience
• YouTuber's
• Programming
• 3D Modelling
• RuneScape/OSRS
• GFX artists

Like i said the lists are community suggested so if you have an idea for more lists you could submit them and they will be added as long as they are a reasonable request, this could be polled by new users as well.

WE have incentive voting! simpler programming and more secure than any other incentive voting!
How it works:
I've written a very simple php script to query the database and simply check if a row exists for a review for a provided forum username in the thread ID supplied by the forum admin(me(the id has to be looked up in the database but when i find the spot in the email template i may have it add it to the verification email for the toplist ad)) and then the script returns a true or false in a string accordingly.

In java you can easily use this script with an HTTP GET request, i have provided example codes on the forum and plan on creating video tutorials on how to implement it in various server bases... currently we only have incentive voting options of RSPS based servers but on request it could be implemented very easy in websites and other services like youtubers shop websites, gold farming websites etc

We also protect our users behind a blackwall of legal uncertainty. As long as you dont host illegal content on our services no legal action can be taken against you or our community and by doing so violates our terms of service... The very worst thing that could happen by using our site is you get banned and your ad gets removed but all you have to do to avoid that is not upload any illegal files like jagex's cache's etc

For instance, you can upload a client that downloads an illegal cache but you can not upload a client or file that contains an illegal cache.

The entire site is SSL secure and we have google ad services as well as a dedicated staff team that is constantly reaching out to new and old communities trying to get your name out there, the site has been open for 2 days only so its kinda empty at the moment, I'm going to change that !

More unique features and ideas:

1. The toplists are securely integrated directly into the forums using the Pages API provided by the software distributors, its a setup that no other rsps community provides, it is secure and functional and fully customizable.
2. The toplists can be used by anybody, reviews can be left by guests but they can be removed by owners, member reviews however can not be removed by the ad owner they must be removed by an admin. This breaks the norm of having to leave a good review or "vote" every single day to claim a reward.. We simply reward the players for leaving 1 review to not force them to come back every day
3. WE ENCOURAGE LINKS to other communities. Say if you went on R-S or MITB(i wont mention the actual names for community standard purposes, but an acronym should be ok right? feel free to remove them) and linked to Sythe for instance you would be banned or warned at least instantly and the post removed! WE ENCOURAGE that! we want you to get your community out there and its content, our content is your content so the more linking that happens the better if you ask us!
4. The community is professionally developed and maintained. I have been webmastering for personal use for 10+ years and have exceeded in making hundreds of websites for friends, family etc although I have never done it professionally many would say I provide very professional services and am very knowledgeable in many programming languages
5. We allow MOS(member owned shops) on our site, this means you can *sell* your services using our site and our payroll system for a 5% commission of sales, and we provide middleman services built in and guarantee the transactions.. Extreme donators do not have a commission and can download any files for free but extreme donator is a donation amount of $200 or more (they get access to almost all areas of the site for free, permanently) The system only works via donation of gift to friend or family and this transaction is non refundable as stated in the special terms of service, we will hold your account that we have verified you no longer no the details for, and then once your money has cleared in paypal we deliver the account to the customer. This is a very hands on approach that no other community has ever attempted and may take some getting used to but its a way to ensure 100% your account will be securely transferred without discrepancies from either party. In the future we may move this to a community based middle man system based on trust and vouches from the middlemans toplist ad, and based on their reviews
6. We don't force people to join, they can use certain services without even joining the site like the review system, but if you want to partake in services like incentive voting rewards, blog comments, galleries, mos, posting in the forums, ads etc then for security/spam reasons you must join.
7. KNOWLEDGE BASE - this is my favorite feature, my own concept - Instead of prosecuting users for linking to other forums I want to retain the information that those forums have and keep the spam out of our sections, instead of stealing other forums threads content and reposting it on our forum, people can submit links on knowledge base threads in the various resources/tutorial sections and the staff will add the link to the list for you if its viable content.. This ensures traffic is directed to other communities(and posters) because we encourage that, and people will post on the topic the tutorial is from for help, or they can post a question in the help section
8. Stack Overflow based help system - Our help system is kind of unique for rsps development, we've stepped outside the norm for rsps communities. You can only submit question topics in the help sections and then users can up or downvote the questions and answers. Ensuring that the most viable, important and most read content is at the top of the page ready for the next person, and ensures easy search ability on the forums.

After all that I bet you're wondering, that's an extensive list of features, Why should I trust you guys?

The reasoning behind this is simple, you don't have to. None of the features of our site except middleman services can be abused by staff, everything is encrypted using MD5 and ONLY I have access to the databases. I'm also very smart about how I maintain my site, I use algorithm generated passwords 32 characters in length, they contain numerous capital letters, lowercase letters, symbols and numbers. It would take a computer years to brute force a connection as I have it set to be locked by the webhost automatically after 3 failed attempts... I also back up the databased daily directly on the server into encrypted archives. Everything I do(or we), is done with security in mind. Unfortunately the middleman idea is a fairly new concept and I'm still looking for ways to improve, but any staff that is trusted to manage a middleman service we guarantee that there will be no lost funds directly resulting from our services.. We will reimburse any funds lost because of a staff member, but only if you use the services as described in the terms of use, more specifically, never use the middleman service or discuss it outside the forum. This ensures i can track the message data and punish staff if they abuse the system, and provides proof so I can reimburse you if money is lost or unaccounted for, and the staff member will be fired immediately.

We are hiring staff by the way, but we start out all staff on a 2 week trial period and if you don't show lots of ambition then we will let you go.
