    How they scammed: Lying publicly about their business and its employees interactions in an attempt to discredit a simple grievance posted about their questing service/customer support.

    Proof that it's their Discord: They posted the screenshot, not me (will make sense later in pm logs)

    Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: Most of it pms


    I'm not entirely sure if this is fake vouching or false advertisement, but I believe this case to be particularly egregious in the way this person lies about a basic grievance multiple times, gets caught in the lies multiple times, and then continues with new lies and stories while also trying to disparage the reputation of another member to discredit them and their issue.


    So this got really dramatic while I was just looking for a fucking questing service. Most of the conversation is in PM so whoever is handling this can check that for the whole thing. But it began on my thread here between dbuffed and I.

    Then it went to PMs. But for the public and mods here is a quick summary. I posted how I closed the service ticket in dbuffed's discord after there was 12h of no reply after my last message confirming I wanted mm1 done and didn't care about the chinning afterwards. Dbuffed himself was not personally on that ticket, it was an employee of his. Dbuffed had terrible customer service the whole time on my thread, then says I'm wasting his time even though I was the one who just waited 12h with no response from his service. So things start popping off.


    I destroy his argument methodically and elegantly. Then Dbuffed starts lying to try and recover his company image as he understands it is clearly in question now by anybody who reads the posts. This is where even more lies and stories start, all for the sake of trying to discredit a grievance that basically every service provider has. Everybody is understaffed and may not be able to reply or take an order for 12-24 hours, not a big deal! Here's just part of the story:

    Making up stories and lies from the start. For what? Because your employee didn't respond back to accept money and put the order in the queue? Fuck sakes man, get your shit together and stop lying about me and your business.

    Check our pm conversation and it will be more clear. Also, the public lies are in my service request thread I posted above.

    I think you will find there is nothing "sketchy" about me.

    You came into my service discord and requested a service, you was spoken to by @Meaty who discussed moving forward with you and explained that you would not be able to enter certain things due to restrictions unless you wanted to gain additional EXP on stuff.

    This had happened when I was asleep mind, and which I woke up and go on my PC 1pm roughly which you was contacted regarding your ticket. I told you that I would be closing your ticket due to you leaving the server, which I followed through and you decided to throw a bitch fit over me doing so.

    Mate, you kept lying over and over despite being caught repeatedly. I didn't even address all the bullshit. You think you can just make stories and bullshit up to discredit a potential customer's grievance? WHICH WAS A MINOR GRIEVANCE.

    That's repeated fraud trying to censor and smear somebody so your business reputation stays good and you get more financial gain. Even at the end of things you admitted fault and gave more excuses. Over some dumbass common shit like not replying back which happens literally all the time. I just don't get why you'd lie, make false testimony, so many things just to try n cover up something so simple.

    100% deserves a TWC cus imagine if this was over something big.

    For some reason my other comment has not popped up. Not quite sure why but i'll type it again -

    You came into my server it seems at 1;09am to be specific - Screenshot - 65d606604bfc965af32ada4dd943eb04 - Gyazo

    You requested a ticket, spoke to my service manager Meaty who you claimed has not spoke to you but in fact he did, he needed more information and such as you would be losing out on specific things such as chinning/bursting.

    Now getting to the real point as I had already typed this up -

    You left the server, this means you cannot demand we handle your ticket still or anything else, your argument is based on non-logical reasons.

    When you leave the server, you no longer have access to the discord ticket as this would otherwise mean that anyone can gather that information. You left and I contacted you today about it informing you I had closed your ticket at that moment of time - Screenshot - adfdcf26be6a435724a6ffbf047805ec - Gyazo as shown here, again 1;05pm so yes, the difference between you joining the server to me closing your ticket is 12 hours, but that's besides the point - You left the server BEFORE me closing your ticket as you was no longer in the ticket when I had done so.

    - Again confirmation of what I have mentioned. You came in requested a service, Meaty had explained the if but and maybe to you which you did not respond and instead no longer wanted the service as you had left the server relinquishing the ownership of the ticket. We closed it upon the same principle seeing that you no longer wanted it, you cannot claim I am "sketchy" for closing a ticket you no longer wanted open.


    Edit - To confirm, around the same time you entered the server and made a ticket (when Meaty spoke to you) I was in bed going to sleep, this would mean that you would of had to wait for a chat with me either way. If you check my comments you will see when I type on mobile and when I type on PC, as I am able to space my sentences together/apart from each other.

    So to gather the additional -

    You responded to my post on your thread at 1;03pm my time -

    I PM'ed you not knowing this at 1;05PM which is when I closed your ticket, as I had not been on sythe via my PC, meaning if any communication was met beforehand it would have been on my mobile - Which obviously there was none on discord, as my first message to you was about closing your ticket due to you leaving.

    I then followed up coming onto the forums to find that you had commented to me, Screenshot - 19ae4f44c70c77f19c2b046db7a7f874 - Gyazo 1;14pm when I replied because there is a huge difference in your stories.

    I don't see me admitting to closing your ticket after you left the server being a lie. I have not lied about closing your ticket, because it was closed after you left the server and not before.

    You have not paid for anything there for no financial gain was made, you was simply discussing with my parties and you obviously didn't like what you was hearing/seeing for whatever reason you can decide and you left, that's not lying or anything else.

    I didn't want you to handle my ticket. I'm not going to do business with people who stop replying out of nowhere, and I talked about it in my thread. I left the server and closed the ticket today, 1:00pm your time and early AM my time, after there was no response for 12 hours and you sent a pm to me on discord confirming that immediately. Anyways no need to go back over the points for the public's sake. You admitted it and gave more excuses in the pms.

    Sorry to the mod who has to actually read this braindead shit. All the timestamps, pictures etc. prove my point. What do you have for proof Dbuffed? An employee you'll probably drag in here to lie for you too and implicate him for receiving a twc?

    Fun fact: I left the server like 10 min after I closed the ticket and you responding immediately confirming that closure. Unprovable that I left the server AFTER so it's a moot point. You're just making up more bullshit stories that don't make sense or exonerate you. You're already a proven fraud with you saying you woke up at 6:46am (my time) but were posting in business capacity on my thread at 5:06am. Bullshitter.

    Meaty informed you he was "on holiday" meaning he isn't going to reply to you straight away? That's common sense.

    There was responses to you in the ticket, there wasn't 12 hours of no responses at all from my end, you just simply didn't wish to continue your stuff, I PM all customers who's tickets I close to inform them that their ticket was closed in case it was done by mistake (meaning if they was away and wasn't able to respond and such) out of respect for people and you was handled no differently.

    I have requested Meaty to post here you are correct, as he was the one who spoke to you not me as it was early hours of the morning for me and sorry to say i'm not going to respond to something I don't need to. You can continue to dig at things all you want, the fact is this is nothing but slander.

    We are not robots, we are allowed to sleep we are allowed to do other things than operate on your behalf for you, you was kept in the loop of what's going on with meaty (him being on holiday) and obviously if I don't respond and don't show online (I wasn't online either way) there is a clear reason for doing so.


    Edit - One of the many examples i'm referring to.

    I do post to all customers again in case it's a mistake of not being responded to (in case they forgot/don't get notifications etc)

    I did in fact talk to the original poster, I had asked him for more information so I could give him a quote he then mentioned he also wanted monkey madness completed. This would be around the time you joined our discord. I also mentioned due to the fact of completing monkey madness you wouldn’t be able to burst or chin, you said that wasn’t a problem and said to not collect the experience as it’s a 1 defense build. I mentioned that I was also on a mini vacation and Matt would have to take your order when he woke up and got on discord. You had since left the discord which will automatically make you not having access to the ticket if you rejoined. Matt lives in UK which is also our Other Manager/Quester. So if anything if you left the discord willingly, what’s the problem here? You closed your own ticket once you left, we had later officially closed it 11ish hours after the customer due to him leaving. All customers are messaged after we officially close the ticket. The customer left the discord shortly after talking to me because he wanted it done right then and there and didn’t want to wait on Matt who was also asleep as DBuffed and Matt live in the Uk and I’m on east coast time.

    K post the screenshots of the ticket. I have screenshots of all else because once th ticket is closed only staff of the server caan see it. Also dbuffed admitted he looked at it in pms.

    I haven't said anything of the sort thank you.

    I told you I skimmed over the ticket before we closed it as we have to actually open the ticket in order to close it either way. This would mean that I actually have to manually close the ticket as shown here -

    As you can see the first thing that has been blue marked would be what you clicked - Then you would have clicked the tick sign in order to leave/close your ticket, where you are however not a support team role (as shown again, it notifies us of this situation) you cannot manually close it which you left the server upon doing so. I saw that you had left the server, approached you confirming that I would be closing the ticket as I have admitted.

    Then I click the red cross of which @Meaty has took it upon himself despite being busy still at the moment to add a transcript setting so we can keep all chat logs because of people like you -

    Tickets get closed upon not needing them any longer, you was not a part of the server upon me closing the ticket, and I can still contact you as we have a server in common/you have me added (trade bungalow in this case)

    There is no reason for us to leave tickets open of which you have left. We have however changed the situation for future preferences, as it seems there will always be the odd person like you trying to claim false.

    1)I haven't tried to gain anything from you, in fact I didn't even speak to you my manager did, of which no trade happened as you left the server as stated.
    2) I have not claimed to have an specific quality or accomplishment of anything, instead you was simply explained the possible outcome of your order as you would miss certain training spots.

    That is 100% correct, In order to “Close the ticket” we have to click the lock emoji and it closes the ticket, then you have to click the Red/white circle emoji to delete the ticket. All customers who leave the discord server automatically forfeit their ticket because the discord bot doesn’t process the customer rejoining. If he ever did rejoin he would of had to make a new ticket to get added to a ticket. The customer plainly left the discord shortly after I told him Matt would take on the order when he wakes up as I was on a vacation. Matt once again lives in the UK, hence 1:09AM UK time OP joined the discord? So any interaction would of been between me and the customer as DBuffed and our other manager was asleep.

    Man let the stories keep flying. We up to 2 twc now that the employee is backing the already proven lie that the ticket was closed 11h ago and that dbuffed woke up to it 2 hours later than when he actually woke up and started doing business? Then later in pms tries to walk back that lie after I caught him with timestamps. This zoo needs the snake pit cleaned, it smells like shit. Can anybody honestly believe this guy even with the little bit of public info exposong him, let alone allll the shit mods get in pms.

    You left it 11 hours ago there is a difference.

    you was PM'ed 1pm roughly, it's now 17;20 (5;20pm)

    Indeed, I’ve stated several times that once a customer leave the discord they have to make a new ticket as the old one is now dead.
