I've been trying to buy a max staker for about a week, but can't seem to find one that I believe won't be recovered... So I want to explore the possibility of someone training a new account that I would make.

The account would have nothing on it, so I could probably buy some RSGP for gear etc, or if you wanted to put stuff on the acc i would pay for that.

I know it's a long shot, and I'm sure prices will be more expensive but..
