plz tel me how i can improve on this one i just experimented end came up with this

Okay, first thing, erase those brushes off the focal. I have no idea what's behind that mess. Second, the two blue spike things in the middle of the sig are the first things I saw. Not sure if that was what you were going for. If not, you can change the opacity or even use a different filter on it. Third, that's an awfully weird size for a sig. Fourth, the red font color does not go good with the rest of it at all. Try downloading some brushes and fonts and look up some beginner tutorials.
