Any TRUSTED Fire Cape getters here?

I'm looking for someone who has many vouchers and has plenty of proof that they can get me a fire cape. I'm paying with USD and I've already got all the supplies (if you demand different supplies just let me know.) MY account has 80 range, 70 prayer and 89 hp. Plenty to do the fight caves with, I just can't complete Jad (I've got to him several times before but he destroys me every time.) I'd be willing to go first if you insist, once again will only go through someone who is very well trusted x_X
