Need someone good with CSS

Hello Sythe, Sinful Thoughtz and I need people who are experienced with using CSS for our forum site.

We need someone who can help us create a nice looking back-round, banners for front page, etc.

Alright, I'll be looking on GFx. We have our own little GFX head mod on our site Evon, he's quite amazing. I'm sure I can get him or someone else to make us a banner, I'll check with Sinful. At the moment we just need someone w/ CSS skills.
