    select>select all>select>add>border>10 pixels>edit>fill

    there your border :) good siggies though

    on the second sig the background dosn't really flow with your image. to add a border if your using photoshop cs3 use the rectangle marquee tool make 1 around your whole sig then go to e因dit--->stroke--->choose color and px i usually use 2 and your done.

    Ok ty for the help the guide i was reading, said to do the border a diff way and it didnt work...
