Here you can see his message: if 1k followers aren't there i'll refund which was edited
before edit it said if 1k followers aren't there within 72 hours i'll refund

It has been one week and there are no followers and he keeps refusing to refund me.

Been trying to resolve it with him multiple times but with no luck. Deal was 1k followers in 5 hours or refund in 72 hours. It has been one week and he didnt do any of those.

Kindly refund the $10 back to @arnoldo123. You've made him wait a few times, the problem you're having with your supplier is between you and him, it doesn't involve @arnoldo123 as you've gone past your 72 hour wait period and not delivered.
