Title says it all. I would provide a level three with membership, you train the account to 50 agility, 50 thieving and then get a full set of rouge gear. I don't mind if you gain combat levels or train other skills if you decide to quest it. You can bot the levels, but you must let me know before hand and you will provide bond (I will refund the cost after account has sat without a ban)
