Possible to keep 2 accounts seperate on 1 pc?

I have a main account that i do not want to risk getting banned. But i wanted to make 1-2 accs that i could farm gold on and sell it every month or so then just let the accounts get banned whenever it ends up happening. Is it even possible to keep these accounts separate in the eyes of jagex? Does my pc give all accounts an id and they see all accounts are logged in from same pc? Can i somehow use a vpn/proxy on 1 acc client to hide it from the other? I really have no idea how any of this works/

TLDR: Best way to play 2 accs on 1 comp and make jagex think 2 different people play on them.(needs to be 0% chance of ban on the main)

 

You could run a virtual desktop on your machine that's set up to go through a proxy server I guess, but I have doubts about whether or not a virtual machine would mask your original MAC address (as that is another concern you mentioned).

You could use a remote desktop setup where you log in to a virtual server etc. - since that would be run on a different device etc elsewhere it would have no visible link to you. You'd be accessing it on your '1 PC' but of course you are actually running it on 2.

 

i know you are able to link botting clients to another ip/proxy so you can still run them from the same pc

Would the MAC address still be connected to the account even with the client on a proxy?

 

MAC address is only visible between your computer and your network gateway such as a router/switch

 

should be fine, unless you bot on the gold farmer, ive bought and sold over 400m osrs and never had a problem with bans

 

As long as you have a socks proxy attached to the client, then you're fine.
