Their TOS state that in a case of an account recovery the original owner will be contacted to help recover the account, if that happens a second time you get store credits depending on what time period, 60 days - 100% store credit, 60 days to 6 months - 50% and anything after 6 months - 25%. So if I put 500$ in my safe and wait 60 days to 6 months will it turn into 250$? This site is literally the biggest rip off. If I wanted to make a quick buck I could sell my account to accountwarehouse wait 2-3 weeks and then recover, collect the gold on account and face absolutely no consequences, since that's what the TOS say.

My previous account got banned, so I was desperately looking for a new one and thought accountwarehouse is super legit - which is not true, they twist and turn their TOS in bad favor for the customer. This is literally a scam. I request a full refund of my Bitcoins and I will not settle with anything else. I do fully understand that there is a risk in buying accounts and apparently their "recall rate" is 3%. I totally feel unsafe now, and I could absolutely not use an account of that site again just to lose more and more money.

As expected contacting the support resulted in them trying to find a reason to scam. So everyone just know what you get urself into when dealing with accountwarehouse. Scammed for $500.

 

The only person trying to scam is yourself. We gave you every opportunity to be honest and give us the full story on what was going on with your account. To quote our warranty page found at Buy Game Accounts, Sell Game Accounts | Account Warehouse it states:

This warranty is non-transferable. Any attempt at selling, trading, or sharing of the account outside of our website will void the warranty.

This policy is in place not as a loophole to deny a warranty, but so that we don't get involved in complicated account ownership issues where multiple people have access or could potentially have access to the account.

Given that the warranty was voided, we still gave you a chance to be honest about what happened so that we could assist you. In your support ticket we directly asked you whether or not you were trying to sell your account on Sythe, linking the thread to you. The link to the thread that you edited prior to making this report is naa. You denied that this thread was used to sell the account. We received confirmation through an admin that the account you were attempting to sell in that thread matches the account you purchased on the website.

We gave you a chance to be honest and give us the full story on what is going on here and instead you chose to lie to us and attempted to cover your tracks. Your warranty is voided but we will still do our best to get a recovery in for you.

 

I will spent MONTHS to get my money back. You think I'm just going to settle with the fact that you just stole $500 of me?

 

Get a recovery in for me? Original owner is literally playing on the account right now. Get recovery in for me so I can donate even more money to him, yeah sounds like a great plan! Man if you actually get away with this. I should start an account shop myself.
