MonkSlays Scammer, scammed me 90$ CAD

Scammers thread :

Selling CHEAP RS2007 GOLD - Instant Delivery - [INTERAC E-TRANSFER] [BTC/ETH/CRYPTOCURRENCY]

Add him on Discord he proceeds to say he will sell me 89.33M on OSRS for 90$ CAD (eTransfer).

I send him the money, he accepts it and tells me to wait for 15-20 minutes.

Trade opens up and he says is this you doesn't put up anything, deletes me from discord cancels trade and logs out.

I will be opening up a police report tommorow morning because eTransfer is traceable. He thinks I won't get my money back, that might be the case but I'll make sure this costs him a lot more then 90$.
