    Some motivation and midset help

    Hello guys i was struggeling for many years to make fitness and living healthy a part of my life,
    it worked for a periods of time like a week here and there but i always went back to my bad habbits until i came across Michael Gervais Podcast,
    He is a sports and Preformance psychologist who talks with the most advanced people in there own Crafts, listening to these conversations really helped me to think in a diffrent way and made me a happier and more healthy person, i Thought i should share incase it could help someone else :)

    I actually find a lot of my motivation came from Bodybuilding Guru's (Steve cook, Christian Guzman, etc). After results came in, that's what kept me going, and now I enjoy being in the gym and it's been a part of my day for the last two years.

    Sounds great man finding something to feel passionate about and applying in into your everyday life is a amazing feeling, Congratz on doing it not everyone can :)!

    Some motivation and midset help

    I prefer sport games. I play football with my friends and visit gym two times a week. Also I like to watch professional matches, my favorite championship is EPL. I even make bets on important games on Betin website, in such case watching the game is much more interesting:)

    Watching daily vlogs of bodybuilders around my age really motivates to me to continue lifting everyday.
