So basically he was going to get me the requirements and skills for a total of 120m. We agreed to pay in increments as he completed it. I paid 30m as shown in the screenshots first and he started training asap. He got 41-70 cooking, and did a few of the most basic f2p quest ever and said he was finished. It wasn't really 25% complete but I figured oh well let's pay anyways. Well I logged in and paid another 30m which would now be a total of 60m paid. He has not even touched the account, it's standing in the same spot it was when he finished step one after a week. Not only that, he has bumped and advertised his other services everyday for the past week. If I had a 120m order I would be focused on that until i'm finished, not doing small orders. Not only that, it would be fairly difficult to do all the required quests and skills i'm needing to finish by saturday. If i'm missing anything please let me know.

 

We have a agreement and i have not broken it you Also changed the password and logged into the acc witch is not alowed acording to My tos.

It's not acceptable for you to take his money, ask him to decline the trade if he's not happy and then keep it. You've been online every day but not made any progress, which is a cause for concern.

If @mcclipsee no longer wants you to complete the service for him, kindly return the 30m back.

 

I have not broken any rules and he crealy broke My tos gladiator i have a time limit to finish the order witch means a can progress how much i want ea day just Aslong as i dont go over the time limit? Why do we have tos IF they dont Apply? He cleary ran out of money and cant afford the full service Thats why he want a refund it would of Been diffrent If i dident complete it in the time That we agreed upon?

Do you still think i should refund IF so i Will. but then you need to change the rules of sythe That tos does not apply and costumers can decline and get refunded when ever they want to
