Help!Paypal problem~

ok I have an Amex giftcard it does'nt let me verify my paypal acc with. Is there any way to use it to verify my acc. or anyway i can buy a vcc with my amex card? I paid 30$ for this 25$ card! It does'nt even work! Help please!
-Also if I can't do that what can I do with it? Buy steam games, anything.

 

it should work is your account limited or just unverified and how are u trying to verify the account like where are u inputting the info

 

I had the same problem, it's because there's no card statement for those. make an australian papyal (www.paypal.com/au) and you don't need to verify.

 

I would but my australian one has no money on it. MY canadian one has no money on it, my original usa paypal hs 12$ on it. My card for USA USE ONLY has 25$ on it. I want my 37$ worth. Someone help.

 

You CANNOT verify a PayPal account with a giftcard. You need a Debit or Credit Card (for Sythe trades I suggest Debit). You may also use a bank account...

 

Use a Paypal Virtual Credit Card to unlimit. They cost $10 from most reliable sellers and once you get the Expuse number you can verify. This is against their ToS but they should not catch it.

 

The card works with steam+Rs so it does'nt matter, ill just use it directly.
